Candidate must have at least 5+ years Personal Injury Litigation experience; Med Mal experience preferred. Available for immediate hire. MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A CASE FROM INCEPTION THROUGH TRIAL
\n \nRequirements
\n- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience; Med Mal experience highly preferred
\n- Experience opening case files, interviewing clients, setting up doctor appointments, gathering and reviewing medical records, preparing summons and complaints, etc.
\n- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
